Incidentally, today's 7.5.2 update for the Airport Extreme and TIme Capsule appears to have fixed the problem with IPv6 manual tunnels over PPPoE WAN connections.  I've got my HE tunnel up and working fine now with the exact same settings that failed to work in 7.4.2 (in fact, they were still all filled in ).
