Why are prefix not announced to HKIX?

As I can see, HE does have a GE to HKIX. However, nearly no prefix is announced but just tunnelbroker servers. Not even their anycasted DNS which does have a node in Hongkong. It will be GREAT to have prefix, or at least, your recurrsive DNS to be announced to HKIX.

IPv6@he.net
and mebbe they'll work some BGP magic for ya.
