Sure...sign up for a tunnel here at HE.

Once you configure and get your tunnel working, you'll have IPv6 access

What do you want to configure?  The tunnel or addressing?  HE tells you how to configure the tunnel on your tunnel info page.

As for addressing, Google is a great resource

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IPv6 is one of the better resources with much of the information you need.  Additionally, http://www.ipsidixit.net/2010/04/02/243/ is pretty good at filling in some gaps with DNS and radvd.

Try sudo apt-get install miredo.

Instant IPv6. It won't get you a static addr, and you only get one, but it seems to work pretty well.
