I live in the Bay Area, about a 15 minute drive from HE's building. Could I just go pick up my shirt there?

I don't think the shirts go through there. I got the impression that each batch is sent more or less directly from the manufacturer to the recipients.

Vendor ships the shirts direct to user. Only undeliverable returns were sent back to HE's offices. Then they try getting them delivered. Or maybe use them as cloth napkins for Friday Lunch Smiley
