There could be an additional page added with statistics like the amount of people that got each level and possible other data. Also the "Top 10 certs" might use some randomness as there are more then 10 users with highest degrease.

Still working on the statistics stuff.
Changed the Top 10 (not latest 10) to randomly list 10 of the highest scoring users.

Added a graph for the total # of certification levels, linked off of the tunnelbroker.net Usage Statistics page (although we might move it to an ipv6.he.net usage/stats page later on)
