When Stuff Happens...

I noticed some funny behavior today at 2300Z. I'm curious about this, but what I'm really wondering is whether there is a status update page that I can access (other than the "Tunnel Server Status" page) that might help me understand whether there are problems within HE's network. That is, I'd rather know if it's just me before trying to research a problem or asking someone.
Thanks, and happy new year!
(The problem today: IPv6 packet loss ~65% on my tunnel to tserv4. IPv4 connectivity to the tunnel endpoint was unaffected. Server status never showed a problem, though I wasn't able to access HEs pages because of the default route via IPv6; the problem seemed to clear up around an hour later.)
