I have a paid account with HE and I am unable to create wildcard dns records for my domains. Is this is a bug or is this an official policy?

You'd think paying customers could call some magical number and get someone to answer the quest....oh right its 510-580-4100 or support@he.net Tongue Also while I was there, the abuse of it was bad enough that no one got it.

Or even better: dnsadmin@he.net, with the information for the wildcard record you want, along with your account information.
