I saw that Windows XP doesn't allow me to enable IPv6 protocol for dial-up/PPP internet connection.
Can I use my TunnelBroker tunnel with this connection?

Tunnelbroker only requires a pingable IPv4 endpoint. The connection in theory shouldn't matter. As long as your OS/platform can allow you to create a tunnel over the interface that you get connectivity from.
