Checking if user is able to set up a router?

don't know if it is part of a later rank.... but since checking AAAA records and web pages was already part of the game... what's about the idea to let the user create a special host behind a router?

it shouldn't be to hard to create a virtual machine with a specific hostname and then let the user confugurate his own machine to forward a IPv6 request to that host.

but insted of submitting this, the tunnelbroker.net server would try to reach the machine with the name "routingcheck.tunnel.tserv6.fra1.ipv6.he.net".

Hannemaf might be onto something here.

How about some test which could verify static routes between ipv6 networks?

For example: I have several sites that have direct tunnels to HE and, because of their interplay, direct tunnels between each other.  What if there was a test which could verify ipv6 connectivity directly between these two networks?  (for instance, HE pings a host on network A through the tunnel interface to network B.)  This would likely make for a better one-time-test rather than a series of daily tests.

Forgive any poor conceptualization, as I am also writing this after a long day.

I agree with this test idea.  All the person needs to do is create a device on a network behind her HE /64 endpoint, tell the test software the IPv6 IP of the host.  HE.net then traceroute6s to the client. 

Extra points for the test taker if the client is specified by name and IPv6 DNS resolution works.
