I have a dynamic public IPv4 address from my ISP. Is there any way I can update the record for my tunnel automatically if that IP address changes?

Changing ip address is not a simple thing.. But you can get the site administrator for changing your ip address. I think you must check your ip address in here
http://www.whoisxy.com/
before and after change your ip address...
